Who? People with a desire to paint. Or a vehicle. Or both!
What? We will be painting cars with washable paint in a fun block-party atmosphere.
When? August 23. 4-7pm.
Where? The government parking lot at Victoria Park (11 Kent St.). Charlottetown, PEI.
